Probably my mistake choosing this place on-the-go via mobile, didn't match the hype. The underground level vibes didn't help, and the mold in the bathroom had me questioning my choices.

Cumbres Del Sur is a nice option in Pucón. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They assisted me with an early breakfast request and even stored my luggage during my departure. The room was clean and comfy, with a mini-split heater helping to keep the temperature just right. Breakfast had a great variety, more like an American buffet, including fruit, breads, and cheeses. The coffee was good too, a nice perk. One downside is that there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage, especially since my room was on the third floor. Also, the room size is on the small side, not ideal for larger travelers as it can feel cramped. Overall, a solid choice if you prefer a homey vibe and great customer service.
